Time to Save Money and Lose Weight in 2016

2016 is rounding the corner and almost here and people are starting to set goals and new years resolutions now. I want to help you lose weight and save money the best way in 2016! Here's a few tips that I've used and will GREATLY help you accomplish that goal! If you follow these steps and lose only 1lb a month in 2016 you can easily lose 12lbs! In 2015 I've changed my world and lost 30+ lbs
  1. If you DON'T go to a gym regularly...then don't get a membership or just cancel the one pay monthly on and don't use!
    1. Instead workout from home and set daily or weekly goals
    2. Try exercises that work your chest, triceps, biceps, back, legs, and even your BUTT!
  2. Don't buy expensive home equipment to help workouts
    1. Instead buy cheap home equipment that cost under $25!
    2. Try push-up stands, ab roller, a cheap pull-up bar, resistant bands, etc
  3. Don't try these fad diets or expensive plans or coaches
    1. Instead track your food on a free app "Myfitnesspal" It's on ALL phones or computers!
    2. Be accountable for your daily calorie intake
    3. Purchase a cheap digital scale from Walmart and USE IT! Measure your food and weigh it! You will shock yourself at how much you are use to eating
  4. BALANCE your Calorie intake and make it proportional!
    1. A basic plan for people who are not vegetarians or vegans is a 40-40-20 split.
    2. This means for all your calories 40% is Proteins, 40% Carbs, & 20% from Fats.
    3. "Myfitnesspal" can easily help you divide all this in the personal goal settings and daily diary tracker! One stipulation....You HAVE TO use myfitnesspal which is FREE!!!!
  5. Look up online how to find your calorie maintenance free and try staying in a calorie deficit
    1. From here it's as easy as staying in a calorie deficit while staying active daily!
    2. Here's a great link to help you figure yours out: Calorie Maintenance Website

CRISIS Joins to Tackle Our Traffic Problem

There's a new Coalition called CRISIS that's joining the business industry to help tackle the traffic problem in Baton Rouge area. CRISIS stands for "Capital Region Industry for Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions."

The Capital Region has long had serious traffic problems, and business leaders have long complained about government’s inability to fix them. This new business-backed coalition is hoping it can help find and implement the solutions before things get too much worse.

“Various groups have been working separately to address the issue, but timely and substantial solutions have not been forthcoming,” says John Pacillo, operations director with Mexichem Fluor and chairman of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance. “It’s time for industry to take a more active role and get more involved.”

Excited After Wealth Building Class

Today we had an amazing class with Adam Pitts from the Summit Group on Wealth Building. He spoke on the topic of true investment in real estate. The real estate market constantly on an up rise and even if the market dips its still better than more secure than stocks.
When you put money into either flipping a home for quick cash or actually investing into rental property for long term wealth both can be great for any home buyer depending on where he/she stands. We, the ChaversTeam, are definitely looking into getting into rental property other than our own home being used for rental in the future.

We are looking to invest, but if you are ready to start investing into your own properties don't hesitate! This could be the best retirement set up for you! Call us or email us @ Chaversteam@gmail.com
